I've been thinking...
Changing the language used around low back pain is an ongoing aim
What if we asked the public to help?
What if we could influence the language used by society?
Rather than relying on the outward message from us
What if we could change it from within?

Instead of saying my back is in tatters- why not say my back pain has flared
Instead of saying I've done my back in- why not say my back has been hurting lately
Instead of saying my back is f*cked- why not say I'm in a lot of pain but I know it'll settle like flares usually do
