The default also called autopilot, it's when your thoughts drift. And you go through your day without even thinking.

The direct mode is when you're present. Or you're in the moment where you're controlling what you think about.

YOU have a choice.

And realize & embrace that being a deliberate thinker is a skill.

It's not an event. It's a process because the negative and

limiting beliefs that you have are already set to your default

Every time you start to break out of default thinking

You immediately start worrying, thinking about all the reasons why it's not going to happen.

This is because
-Someone trained you Or
-You trained yourself to think way

There will be bad things that happen to you . It's a fact of life.

But that need not be your default way of thinking

You can deliberately choose your thoughts in a constructive way

Here's what you need to do

Ask these questions about your limiting beliefs

-What does it cost me in my past to think this way?
-What is it costing me in this present moment?
-What is it going to cost me in the future, to continue to think that way

You can't get rid of the default until you actually spot it.

And now that you've seen it, you to have one job for the rest of your life,

Think deliberately in positive way
until this becomes your "New default thinking"
