"a few neighbors have come up to talk to us. They’re actually for the most part chill, and some of them express condolences and appreciation for Cassandra when you tell them who Nick is to her. "
"The neighborhood watch ladies are less chill. They haven’t really interfered. One interrogated Cassandra for awhile about why she wasn’t protesting black on black crime, and the other came up to say 'it’s fine if you’re here so long as you’re peaceful.' So it’s a mixed bag."
One of CPD's "prisoner vans" has been circling by every few so often. How soulless do you have to be to intimidate a single grieving widow like this???
Things are quiet here. Some neighbors continue to surveillance and bully. Two neighborhood kids came and visited and brought snacks/water and listened a long time 5/

A cop wife got her cop husband to help her back up as close to Cassandra as possible SMH

CPD is starting to patrol around in unmarked cars 8/
The rate of patrols is definitely increasing. The cops are coming by about every five minutes now either in marked or unmarked cars. 9/
Cassandra told us a neighbor told her everyone on this block is a cop, firefighterc or retired cop/firefighter 10/
A very loud, very drunk neighbor and her friends are talking to the cops trying to get us to leave. Ironically, they seem be trying complain about the absolutely zero noise we're making 11/

Neighbors have come over to chat with Cassandra. The power Cassandra can wield over these people is incredible 14/
Very drunk neighbor being disruptive. It's uncomfortable but she has gone back in her house finally 15/
The very drunk neighbor returned and spent nearly 2 hours harassing friends of Cassandra's and then invading Cassandra's space. But Cassandra took it all like a pro, refusing to relinquish her goal.
