The link is active again. Apparently, @UNSW is lisenting but thats not enough.
What we need is an public explain and plan for future change.

In the letter from CCP support, it aruges @UNSW shall not hold a position on HK’s human rights crisis by promote the article with official twitter account.
So now @UNSW deleted the tweet of article & took down it briefly before change it from general news to business law.
