He cannot show a thing to back up that the mother of the believers means they're all pious and ritcheous. Secondly, if we opppse someone who opposed the prophet, this is nothing wrong. However, I have got some daleel, just some, to show u the verse was revealed for Talha.

Dur Al manthur vol 6 article 643: " It was narrated by ibn Abi Hatim from Ibn marduya from Ibn Abbas that this verse was revealed for a man who was adamant on marrying one of the wives, who was Aisha.
It was narrated by ibn marduya from Ibn Abbas that he said that a man said:

"When Muhammad dies, I shall marry Aisha" thus this verse was revealed.
Ibn jalil and ibn Hatim narrated from abdurahman b Zayd ibn Aslam that "word reached the holy prophet that a man was saying that when the prophet dies, I shall marry so and so after him .

and that hurt the prophet. So the verse was revealed.
Ibn Abi Hatim narrated from Al suddi that he said:" Talha b ubaydullah said" Why is Muhammad forbidding our(female) cousins from us (meaning Aisha) and he Muhammad married our women?!"

When he dies, I shall marry his wives after him. Thus the holy verse was revealed.
This clear cut alone shows it, and I've only shown this daleel as there are many. If u had studied a bit ud have known. Jaahil.

We also see it in Tafseer Ibn Katheer Volume 6 page 506 commentary of Surah Azhab, as well as many others. As I said, consensus jaahil. Go study. Nice try tho.
