ADHD is when you buy a blender and then make smoothies every day for 2 weeks and then never make one or even acknowledge your blender ever again.
Hi! Happy so many of you can relate to this (and also sorry 😅).

Also want to add that Black lives still matter, and arrest the cops that murdered Breonna Taylor.

And if y'all like cute cats you should follow mine on Instagram cause I mean look at them http://instagram.com/carlandjude
For everyone asking if this is just a thing everyone does, yeah sure most people probably do this kind of thing occasionally. The difference is the degree and frequency (i.e., whether you do this in the extreme and with EVERYTHING).
With ADHD, there's a pattern of getting SUPER into something, which helps us stick with it at first (I've made SO many smoothies) only for a barrier (like the kitchen being messy or anything that creates too many steps) to derail us, even if it's something we really want to do.
We have to develop habits to actively fight against this. I'm probably only still making smoothies right now because I'm washing my blender right when I'm done with it and keeping it on the counter. But I know the second I put it away, it might as well not exist.
Also worth mentioning that I got a blender so I could make protein shakes because I regularly forget to eat (thanks to ADHD), and surprise surprise noticed I feel like absolute shit when I go an entire day without eating.

Not even going to try to explain cooking with ADHD 😅
