(I really hope no one has done this before bc I thought this was really creative and I’m just procrastinating on my homework if you can’t tell HAHAHAH)

S. Coups:

As we know, Jeonghan and S. Coups are an unforgettable duo. These two cuties never have a calm moment when they’re around each other. One of the main properties of Oxygen is that Hydrogen can combine with Oxygen to form H20, or water. When this reaction occurs, energy is +

Ok so I’m a lil biased towards my bias eheheh but I promise there’s reasoning behind this. It took me a long time to finally decide on an element cuz of my indecisiveness yknowww. Joshua is number 79, Gold on the periodic table. Joshua is probably one of the softest and kindest+

idols I’ve ever known and one of the very common properties of Gold is that it’s very very soft. Additionally, Gold is extremely valuable and rare and there’s only one joshua hong in the world so we just have to cherish him even more. Gold also doesn’t lose its color or shine +

even after hundreds of years and that’s partly why it's so beautiful, just like how our bby is so cute without even trying. Not only is gold absolutely beautiful, it’s also extremely useful as it is an excellent conductor of electricity and hehee this is kinda bad but Joshua is +

one of the hyungs and helps “direct” the younger members and is incredibly patient with them. Lastly, did you know that gold doesn’t react with oxygen so it’ll never rust? My view on this is that Joshua has to deal with Jeonghan (oxygen) and has put up with him for so long +

(poor baby) but he’s still unaffected and is so patient with Jeonghan teasing him :). Okay i’ll stop ranting now and let’s go on to JUNNN.

Sooooo Jun is Tellurium, number 52. I think that tellurium is a super pretty name and it’s latin for earth, which I thought was cool cuz Jun can be very grounded about what he wants to accomplish and do. However, don’t be fooled by his serious self cuz his cute self is +

absolutely adorable and hilarious. Tellurium is also very important and is used in DVDs and Blu-ray dicscs so that the magic layer can be switched back and forth between states. Jun acts somewhat like a layer between china and korea in the sense that he helps a lot with the +

translating and such when they promote in china and he essentially acts like a bridge between china and korea :) We have to be wise about this element though, as it is considered one of the least abundant elements in the earth’s crust and before we know it, we might run out of +

Hoshi in my opinion is one of the most creative and energetic members of the group. You literally can’t imagine a seventeen performance without Hoshi. He is essentially the fuel of the group and whenever the group is getting exhausted from a concert, Hoshi sometimes yells as +

encouragement. Also I love his adlibs <3 For this reason, Hoshi is Carbon 6. Carbon is literally the most important element of life and hoshi pretty much provides life to seventeen. Additionally, Carbon is found in a lot of fuels such as gasoline which proves my point that +

hoshi is the fuel of seventeen. Also something worth mentioning, carbon forms diamonds under immense pressure and imo Hoshi really cares about carats, often replying to us on weverse and playing with us on sns apps :)

Wonwoo is a really interesting person and it took me a long time to think of an element for him but I think he suits nitrogen very well. From the outside, Wonwoo may look very cold and distant because of his introvertness, but he actually is a really funny and nice person. +

Liquid nitrogen is one of the coldest elements on earth with a boiling part of -196 degrees celsius!!! but is super useful such as making ice cream hehee and preserving biological flowers, just like how wonwoo doesn’t really engage sometimes but he actually has a very big impact+

behind the scenes and is a lot more outgoing than we think!! Also, nitrogen can be converted to ammonia, which is deemed one of the most important discoveries in human history. I like to think that this represents how well wonwoo can mingle and interact with everyone in +

seventeen even though it may not seem like that on the outside. Lastly, about 22 percent of nitrogen is found in oxygen, and I really think that wonwoo x jeonghan is a way too underrated ship, we really need to talk about these two cuties more :)

Alrightttt so woozi is fermium, number 100 on the periodic table. There’s not really much known about this element which makes sense bc I like to think that woozi is a more reserved and “hidden” artist, not revealing much about what he does until he is finished with his work. +

He also spends like his whole day holed up in a studio LOL but we stan still. Anyway, so fermium is very very very radioactive, and this just reminds me of when woozi was mad and then brought out his guitar LOLOL. SCary woozi is uhm, very scary so don’t get him mad. Also, +

ah darn these are getting harder and harder :( okay anyhoo so our lovely DK is ofc Iron! Why? Well first, Iron is the only element to have an Age named after it, and I must say DK during this comeback really does deserve an age haha his muscles i literally canttt. Also, Iron is+

very very strong, just like DK LOL HEHE. Iron is used to build anything really strong or big, and I feel like even though DK’s sings really high, his vocals are still extremely strong and he can project like no other srsly. But one of the drawbacks of iron is that it rusts +

easily, and I think that DK really has to take better care of his voice and not strain it as much. He works so hard and practices so hard and that can really easily injure his voice, so we have to remind him to take it easy! Iron is also very easily welded, hardened, and like +

I went back and forth between like 5 different elements for mingyu oops but anyway so mingyu is plutonium!!! Plutonium is extremely cool (just like Mingyu) and one thing that’s really unique about plutonium is that it glows! In! The! Dark! Mingyu actually was the first person

that caught my eye in seventeen so he really does stand out like no other, also his height is just absolutely hilarious HAHA. Also, something else that I thought was really funny is that if there’s too much plutonium in one place, it causes a nuclear explosion (oops). I thought+

this was interesting bc Mingyu is really loud and like talkative around everyone, and I’m not sure seventeen could handle more than one mingyu LOL but he really is a bundle of joy for sure. But uh, besides that, Plutonium is extremely important because it is able to be used as +

energy cuz of some random nuclear force or whatev. I think that mingyu is one of the biggest like “hype people” in seventeen, partly cuz he’s so loud and talkative but he’s really cheerful and likes to hype everyone up :D Anyway yep, that’s mingyu, let’s go on to the8 now!

Ok so uh it’s getting hard to write unique stuff about each element aslkhast but ITS OKAY ANYWAY SO thallium, the8, get it? Also thallium has 8 letters lolol what a coincidence. Alright so to spice some things up, I remember seeing something on twitter that if seventeen were to+

murder each other, the8 would be able to get away with it (cuz he’s a smart bby). Why does this relate to thallium? So, thallium is actually able to be used to poison someone AND get away with it. If you were to poison something with thallium, it’d be pretty much impossible to +

detect and the symptoms are basically unrecognizable, and people probably won’t even realize a murder was committed. This was like hundreds of years tho ago, when dying for no reason was common. Anyway, so the8 as a really smart person would most likely use thallium rather than +

okk helloo so precious boo is ofc K, potassium!! Potassium is number 19 on the periodic table and I must say this element fits seungkwan perfectly. First of all, potassium is often found in vitamins/minerals that we eat to maintain good health, and seungkwan is always pushing +

the members to eat their vitamins and take care of themselves. Potassium is also used in muscle contraction, fluid and pH balance, and bone health. Seungkwan just had surgery lately due to an ankle injury so please take care and eat ur vitamins boo <3 Essentially, potassium +

Ok so as everyone is aware (or should be aware), verkwan is one of the best ships in seventeen like no jokeeeee. Anyway, so if potassium (seungkwan) keeps things moving in teh body, calcium is what keeps the body in shape, and I think vernon really fits this role very well. He's+

able to adjust to any situation and keep his cool without breaking a sweat (dingo mafia episode!!!) and so he’s able to basically keep his mind in shape. Calcium is very very important for strong bones, and hehehe vernon has really strong hips lolol and he’s also one of the best+

dancers in seventeen in my opinion. He’s also really careful to take care of himself and to be sure to not overwork himself which is really important in the kpop industry when idols get easily injured. There’s not really much to add about calcium, it’s a really chill element +

and it doesn't really go crazy when it reacts with water or acid unlike other elements, which is like vernon’s personality: chill. Last, but not least, we have our adorable maknae: dinoooooo!!

We’re almost done with this thread omg, but before we end let’s talk about dino. Dino is one of my favorite members in seventeen, he’s absolutely adorable and he’s such an amazing dancer pls dont’ sleep on his talent. Ok so dino is francium, probably an element no one has heard +

about bc it’s actually the most recently discovered element, in 1939. I think that sense dino is the maknae, most people usually ignore him and don’t discover his talent, but fortunately he’s getting more hype now so yay!!! On the outside, francium seems pretty useless, but hold+

your horses. It’s actually used in diagnostics for curing cancers, and it’s still a pretty new element, just like how dino is still so young but has shown enormous potential and is the future of kpop :DD So yep, there you go, all of seventeen as elements! Please don’t think +
