At some point we have to discuss quarantine brain. I have NEVER had to struggle so much to focus and retain information.

I feel constantly behind without the processing capacity to catch up (I also just need a fcking break, but that's another story)
I also have ADHD, although I’m high functioning. I went through my addy script at record speed this past month. For me, this is different than when I’m off my meds.

For me, my ADHD is like the mental equivalent of consistantly flipping through TV channels, then binging one 5 season series in one sitting, then flipping again. THIS is like watching TV through static.
Actually I should say my ADHD is more like flipping through TV channels while there’s a second TV on in the same room - that’s a more apt descrption of how my brain juggles things. But this is still like watching one tv through static.
A friend of mine suffered a concussion last year, and what I feel is more like what she was describing to me post-head trauma TBH.
