US Undercount fairly constant at +61,494 (+49.6%).

COVID-19 Death Range now 213,531 to 227,371.
(2) South Carolina nows has the highest Composite Rank for Undercount and % Undercount, displacing Texas.

No surprise that Texas, Arizona, Florida are in the Top 5, but Wisconsin has moved into fifth place ahead of California.
