Based on the findings of AndrijaPuharich, from the 1960’s ‘HAARP Project’ Experiments. Through observation and experimentation, it was observed & learned that the brain of a healer, functioned at 8 Hz when healing someone.

The Earth’s pulse rate is 7.8 Hz, and when a person was bathed in that frequency, it made them feel good. They also knew that 10.80 Hz causes a person to riot and behave in riotous ways. Lowering the frequency rate to 6.6 Hz causes depression.

They used the equipment and raised and lowered the frequency and vibration in the room of experiment participants to create whatever behavior they wanted. They set the frequency and vibration at 7.83 Hz if they wanted everyone to be nice & calm.

After lunchtime, they raised the frequency and vibration in their room to 10.80 Hz, and everyone started yelling at each other, and agreed on nothing. The longer they kept the controls set at a higher frequency; the group became angrier and more aggressive.

Finally, after about an hour, they decided to lower the frequency and vibration back down to 7.83 Hz, and the behavior changed drastically. The entire group calmed down and started to respond to each other in a civilized manner.

The experimental participants never knew what they had done to them. They discovered during these experimental studies that they had created a tool that they could use to control the masses.

This technology was utilized during the Los Angeles riots in 1992 when Rodney King was given a large amount of money. They had microwave towers set up throughout the entire Los Angeles area. They decided to test it out on the city to see if they could control the masses.

They upped the frequency and vibration to 10.80 Hz, the point that people became very agitated and started to react in a negative way. The higher they turned up the frequency, the more aggressive the crowd got and the people began to feed off of each other.

The people of the city did not realize what had hit them. They realized from this experiment that they are more able to control the masses if everyone is angry. And controlling the population is what the Cabal always wants.
