Unbelievable, I have been waiting the entire installation window between noon and 2pm for the @Rogers Internet technician and so far no signal of the person
I just moved to the new address yesterday. I have a lot of stuff to organize and do today part of them requires Internet access but seems like @Rogers does not care about make more money and have an old client with a new service.
I will keep updating this thread since PM are private and I think it is important to everyone that whooshes to search know what is happening.

After talk with the call center Rogers couldn’t do anything besides leave a note to the technician call me ASAP.
Which happened almost one hour later, then the guy was telling me that he will be here in about 45mij to an hour. Look, this was already past 3pm. The install window was between 12 and 2pm. This is ridiculous
Now I have to leave by 4pm because I have other matter to address which needs my physical presence and the technician won’t have time to do his work. Leaving me without Internet when I needed it two hours ago, at least.
What is the point of schedule something if you can’t make it?

This destroys the purpose of scheduling.
I can’t organize anything in my day off to solve all issues related to my moving but @RogersHelps thinks it is fine for me to take the entire day just to seat and wait for them
The technician asked for a MMS photo of the apartment cable box. Still no signal of the person.
At this point I had to reschedule my next stuff that I will have to leave home by 4pm because I must have Internet otherwise I can’t work tomorrow.
