Personally, I started to know BoA after No.1 era. But back then I am not aware of Kpop just yet. But, there is this famous Taiwanese drama called My MVP Valentine (MVP Lover) and they use BoA song as their official soundtrack.

Not only BoA, but also other SM artists in that era like Shinhwa and Fly to the Sky. I love No.1 because of this series and I am one of those people who thought BoA is Japanese singer lol.
