Everyone who bought a membership before Aug 30, 2019 - your membership expires Aug 30, 2020. You have from Aug 14 until 30 days after Aug 30 to renew your membership

Those who bought later - membership is one year from purchase. Renewal window is 60 days before to 30 days after

Based on the wording, it does not seem possible to end your current membership early and buy the ARMY MEMBERSHIP Merch Pack when it drops. You'll have to wait for the 90 day window of renewal around your membership expiration date
