A woman who appears to have filmed the aftermath of last weekâs fatal shooting in the Capitol Hill Organized Protest area, capturing people talking about removing evidence from the scene, was arrested Thursday but released without charges.

Where is the evidence that two black children were doing a, drive by? Both of the windows were shattered. You can't do a drive by through windows that are turned up and you can't do ut while you are on a cell phone if there is no bluetooth
