The #Sussexes simply don’t realize (or won’t believe) that their pre-2020 popularity will eventually fade as the Cambridge children grow up! In these days where there are celebrities, the populace (other than monarchist/royalists/royal fans) simply do not keep up with more junior
branches of the Royal Family as past generations did. Tens (if not hundreds) of thousands of people lined up to watch get a glimpse of the wedding of HRH Princess Alexandra of Kent and the then Hon. Angus Ogilvy. Fast forward to 2020, most people can’t identify
Princess Alexandra even when she’s on the BP balcony (although I did recognize her grandson Alex Ogilvy coming out of Green Park Tube Station once). This WILL happen to the Sussexes too. To think that they will always be more popular than the main line is simply dilusional!
