Wiener schnitzel, artichoke, chanterelles in cream sauce
Today's haul

Okonomiyaki
Tempura Udon
Beef short rib
Katsukare
Meat and potatoes
Osso buco with ricotta alla milanese
Korean short ribs
Beef Bourguignon.

I may have "overcooked" this because the meat is falling apart, but honestly, I think I like it like this
Tonkatsu
Katsudon
Rabokki w/ leftover tonkatsu
Guydon
Katsudon again
Red Thai curry with tumeric rice
Steak, veggies and potatoes
Cheesecake
My slightly dressed up instant chow mein lunch
Splurging today:

White asparagus with hollondaise sauce with rib-eye steak
Eggs Benedict
I made a very photogenic pancake this morning.

The rest of the batch was fine and they were all tasty
Steamed salmon
Kaiserschmarrn with homemade applesauce
Pasta with ragu
Beef tenderloin with cream mushroom pan sauce & sauteed red onions
Bucatini with an aggressively bastardized amatriciana sauce
My New Years Eve Korean BBQ spread.

I may have overdone it
Omurice
Pork and beef bowl
Steak and Asparagus with Sauce Bearnaise
Lamb & Beet stew with Saffron rice
Roast beef with red wine glazed onions and potatoes
Pork chop with roast bone marrow, veggies and pan sauce
Pork chop with fettuccine alfredo..

Vegetables what?
Roast beef with onions and potatoes
Seafood udon soup
Fresh fettuccine w/ bolognese ragu
Mentaiko pasta
Rabokki
Ragu with homemade pasta

Making the pasta was much easier and way more fun than i could have hoped.
Chicken tikka masala with spinach&potatoes and a dust attempt at naan
My first attempt at Shokupan.

It's a bit squat. I'm not sure if my pan was too large for the recipe or it didn't rise properly. The crumb and texture are good though
Thicc ass prime rib steak with sides. Cooking for people is a nice adjustment.
