Making the pasta was much easier and way more fun than i could have hoped.

My first attempt at Shokupan.
It's a bit squat. I'm not sure if my pan was too large for the recipe or it didn't rise properly. The crumb and texture are good though
Thicc ass prime rib steak with sides. Cooking for people is a nice adjustment.
