Just had a disappointing experience at the Sterling @HarrisTeeter in VA regarding their “e-Vic” promotions /1
An elderly disabled gentleman was in front of me buying 12 or so gatorades. He clearly had the ad with him and was buying them specifically.
The supervisor said “Nope you don’t have the E-Vic set up, you can’t get the extra savings. He was a little confused and frustrated
Which I get, because literally WTH either it’s on sale or not on sale. Don’t make your ad so confusing.
He put in his VIC card and it took off those savings but not the “extra” e-Vic the cashier tried to call over the supervisor to help
