When I was younger I would wake up everyday excited to create new videos, learn an instrument, or just MAKE something.

I’ve honestly struggled to find that excitement over the last few years.... but this weekend I began feeling that excitement again.

I believe that the real world crushed the excitement for me. I fell deep into the idea of “hustle culture” for a few years too. Everything that I loved doing became WORK and only work.

I’ve been really trying to reflect on how to enjoy the process of making new things and not get so focused on the outcome that you can’t ever really know.

It’s still tough to change my mindset, but I’m trying and today I’m seeing progress.
