don’t go out if you can’t tip at least 15%, the 10% tip is outdated. that was from a different time. 20% would be preferable, but 10% is a joke. y’all will spend a $100 on a meal and tip a server $10??? that doesn’t even sound right esp. if you live in server’s wage states
i’m a waitress that makes $2.15 an HOUR. some tables won’t even tip, bruh. i’ll routinely get families of 5-6 who leave nothing. im more likely to get tips from singles and couples. i could give the best service, make ‘em laugh, and they still don’t tip. PLEASE STOP.
if i was working in nyc, i wouldn’t mind as much bc i’d be make $15 an hour but this is GA and i make $2.15. pls don’t go out in a pandemic unprepared to tip.
the only times i make over $100 a night is when i have 15+ tables and work for nearly 11 hours,,,, my feet and body ache at the end of the night.
