ADHD =

you often don’t MEAN TO DO the things you do

and DON’T DO the things you mean to do
I DON’T MEAN TO:
- procrastinate
- lose track of time
- space out
- have emotional outbursts
- start + quit hobbies
- interrupt

...but I do.

I MEAN TO:
- follow through
- complete tasks
- put laundry away
- remember birthdays
- tidy up
- stick to routines

...but I don’t.
I was curling my hair, eating breakfast, and listening to “Driven to Distraction” when I wrote these tweets

I sat on the bed, hyperfocused on the phrasing/formatting for 20 mins

My curling iron turned itself off, and now my scrambled eggs are cold.
