While I completely agree that it& #39;s not the fault of women that the conversations around men& #39;s mental health aren& #39;t being had in the way that they should, but saying it& #39;s a "men& #39;s problem" is not helping (1/4)

Men need to be at the forefront and men need to encourage eachother to speak up about mental health first yes, but as human beings we all have a responsibility to bring about positive societal change. (2/4)
If someone you know is shutting down those conversations, then you should be speaking up and educating them, regardless of your gender. The idea that people would wash their hands of the issue because it& #39;s not their gender is heartbreaking. (3/4)
