Hi @BritishGas I was quoted £148 per quarter for electric usage and have been charged £548 this quarter. Having attempted to query how or why this has happened; I am refusing to pay more than my quoted amount until I get an explanation

The people I am speaking to are cutting me off when I am attempting. I will continue to ask; and continue to post to this thread until it is resolved @BritishGas
