It took competent Govt another 2 years to announce that the work on Gwadar Master Plan was in Progress,a delay of 4 years all together announcing start up after the feasibility in collaboration with the Chinese Government.However Khurso Bakhtiyar announced Progress Sep 2018.

After Pti came into Power, with its coalition Government in Balouchistan, CM Jam Kamal Khan & CPEC team Proposed master Plan & subsequent meetings held in Isb June 2019,where it was discussed with all stake holder

Aug 2018, The Then Chinese Ambassador H.E. @zlj517 announced Master Plan was almost ready for approval
