What started as a curiosity turned into something more...
Jeongwon's attention was caught upon hearing Gyeoul's name. It was unnecessary for him to follow Dr. Bong into the ER but he still did, only to witness a different side of Gyeoul.

Without Jeongwon noticing, Gyeoul slowly took up a much bigger space in his mind...
He ended up following Ikjun, completely knowing he's meeting Gyeoul. Interestingly, Jeongwon seemed more bothered about Ikjun having an affair WITH GYEOUL over the affair itself.

While Gyeoul was minding her own business stuffing her face with Chocopie, Jeongwon suddenly passed her 2 more.
With our knowledge that Gyeoul likes eating her food in 2's, as well as Jeongwon's enjoyment of seeing other people eat, this scene becomes much more meaningful.
