There is a deliberate attempt from Bollywood Mafia to portray #SushantSinghRajput unsuccessful using Sonchiriya.
They have hired verified handles to tweet about Sonchiriya to discourage the People& #39;s Movement.
So, it is necessary to keeps facts straight before them.

First of all, Sonchiriya was not #SushantSinghRajput& #39;s last film before his demise. His last film was Chhichhore. Many star-kids have given flops after flops in out & out commercial genre. Sushant did only 2—Dhoni & Chhichhore—and both were Super-hits.

I have seen people comparing Sochiriya to a film like SOTY2. First one needs to understand the genre of a film & its audience appeal to it. Sonchiriya was an Art-House Western. Sonchiriya or the actors working in it were never looking for a Blockbuster trend.

But there was a problem! The film was crushed my exhibitors themselves. As all specify the limited screens, but it was not the main problem, Sonchiriya was given odd timing shows. Then they released a dubbed version of the film without informing them.

This is making the deliberate attempt to spoil the film so apparent. Films like Sonchiriya bring awards but mafia try to sabotage such films if they don& #39;t come from their camps. Another example was Tumbbad. It& #39;s not tough for Big Productions Houses to manipulate exhibitors.

But the attack on Sushant& #39;s film was more apparent. Why?
They don& #39;t wanna see other than Ranbir or Ranveer from mainstream cinema to be successful in niche genre & get the Actor& #39;s tag. Sonchiriya was more gutsy & rustic than Rockstar or Lootera, and obviously a better made.

Even they tried to disrupt its digital release. A movie like Sonchiriya should have been streaming in Netflix, or Prime Videos, or Hotstar. These OTT channel give a wider audience response.
