I don't know what to say about today's figures, except to reinforce how important it is to stay the course, to properly lockdown into a life that nobody wants but all of us will have to agree to if this is going to work. Look out for each other and please stay home. #COVID19Vic
On that -- here all the ways I am trying to find diversions for me and those I live with:
-- One bike ride a day, well away from others through Melbourne's beautiful parks.
-- Hilarious and cheap three-ingredient recipes: see @abcmelbourne and thanks @RyanSheales
.. continues ..
-- Watching every @StudioGhibli movie ever made with my eight year old: Ponyo is my new icon and inspiration.
-- Bingeing Halt and Catch Fire after the kid is in bed: the unveiling of the Apple McIntosh moved me to tears that I still don't understand
... continues ..
-- Defending the emerging silverbeet in the veggie garden from marauding snails;
-- Re-reading my favourite books because I just can't concentrate on the new ones;
-- Starting a Pokemon jigsaw with the kids, who promptly abandons me, leaving me to it piece together on my own.
