Feds pepper sprayed this Vietnam Veteran/photographer right in the face. His name is Mike Hastie. He was an Army medic. #PortlandProtests

Approximately 200+ protesters have made it back to the courthouse. It’s 3:38am. By this time last night (early AM), most protesters had gone home. More seem to be coming. #PortlandProtest

Feds just unloaded hell on protesters after an unknown person threw a single water bottle at them - 4:00am

Still out here - approx 30-40 protesters outside courthouse. Feds holding line behind the fence which was partially torn down by protesters early #PortlandProtest

Feds just gave another dispersal order - 5:12am

Feds just unloaded more tear gas and pepper spray balls on protesters after someone threw a bottle over the fence. Protesters on the front line started looking for who threw it, but Feds fired shortly thereafter. 5:20am

Done for the night (day?). Covered in pepper spray - skin/scalp burning, even with protective gear on. Wish I could post clips now, but I'm beat. Will post when I wake up before heading out for another night of protest. #PortlandStrong
