As a buyer, I have NEVER experienced such disrespect until today https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="🤦🏻‍♀️" title="Frau schlägt sich die Hand vors Gesicht (heller Hautton)" aria-label="Emoji: Frau schlägt sich die Hand vors Gesicht (heller Hautton)">
Okay first of all, sellers, once you and your buyer have already agreed on the price of the item that the buyer is interested in purchasing and they& #39;ve already paid, you cannot just refund the money based on your own will or for personal reasons.
You can& #39;t just decide to refund them because nainis ka or na di mo gusto yung twineet niyang di ka naman minention or whatnot. This is different from when you, as a seller, cannot fulfill your side of the obligation due to defects in the product or issues with the supplier.
Basically, once you& #39;ve accepted their payment, a contract of sale has already been perfected and delivery of the item is the only thing left to do. If you fail to do so or if you decide ON YOUR OWN to refund the money for the purchase, you& #39;re breaching that contract.
GOSH, I& #39;m so sorry for this rant but I& #39;ve never experienced someone as rude as that seller talaga. Since I don& #39;t want others to experience the same thing, I& #39;ll share my story plus screenshots of what happened to @moonlightbaezyx. I won& #39;t mention their name first but you can dm me
This started when I was looking for Samsung buds and saw someone selling on Facebook for an affordable price. I decided to trust them even if they didn& #39;t have any proofs. They told me I was their buena mano buyer. This was a private acc and not the shop itself.
It was a pleasant experience and she kept thanking me for trusting their shop even if they were new. She told me that the ETA would be 30-40 days after Weverse release. So it was ok and I even recommended them to my friend, @moonlightbaezyx, who then purchased a set from them.
Anyway, she asked for updates from the shop itself, and this was their convo. So the first few pics, they weren& #39;t rude yet but when "admin 2" started replying, the tone of the messages changed.
I was shocked when admin 2 replied "easy like 123, y can& #39;t u understand" and "Actually no, sayo lang." I used to be a seller myself and no matter how kulit the buyer is, I don& #39;t think this kind of reply is proper.
I refused to engage yesterday when they messaged me out of the blue. Of course I told my friend what they were saying. You don& #39;t talk sht abt other customers to another customer, esp since we& #39;re friends?? Labo.
I really wanted the buds so I messaged the original person I was talking to na nakakahiya I recommended them pa tas bastos sa friend ko. She said na di rin siya happy sa nangyari. Anyway, I was asserting my right as a consumer and all I got were sarcastic replies.
In the end, I just agreed to the refund because I really didn& #39;t want to engage with a shop as unprofessional as this. This is so traumatizing!! https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="🤦🏻‍♀️" title="Frau schlägt sich die Hand vors Gesicht (heller Hautton)" aria-label="Emoji: Frau schlägt sich die Hand vors Gesicht (heller Hautton)">
By the way, after waiting a whole month for the buds with just the update na "wala pa sa supplier" kahit batch 1 ako ng weverse orders, they suddenly told me na September na darating yung buds instead na around first week of August cause isasabay nila sa batch 2 or what
