Tonight I am here in Alberta Park where hundreds and hundreds of activists have gathered for an action of indeterminate purpose. The poster i saw for this said "be water", which hints that we may be up for an action similar to last week's burning of the PPA.

Aaaand the march is off, banners and black bloc at the front.

The march has reached the North Precinct.

Lord almighty this is a large and organized crowd.

"How do you spell Nazi? PPB!"

Aaaaand here are the Police.

"Every city, every town, burn the precincts to the ground."

The crowd has just sorta been...marching for a little while. I am not sure what the plan is, or if a cohesive plan exists. Folks have floated a number of theories. Right now, everyone just finished a halt.

The crowd has lit an American flag on fire. It smells oddly like tear gas. Still no idea where they are going.

We are marching across the Steel Bridge, and it is beginning to look as if the crowd plans to go downtown. If so, that will be a rather baffling call.
