I’m fine if any team in the bubble wins the nba championship, a thread.
If the Clippers win, that would mean back to back FMVP with 2 different teams and would help him jump up in the all time rankings. Also gives a ring to PG13 which would solidify him as a hall of famer.
If the Rockets win, they are my favorite team so I would obviously love it. It gives Russell Westbrook and James Harden a massive jump in all time rankings. Also gives PJ Tucker, Thabo, EG, Danuel House and RoCo a ring, all players I love.
If the Thunder win, that would give Cp3 a ring making him shout up in all time PG rankings and would add the one thing missing from his career. It would also help devolp their young core, which is one of my favorite in the league
If the Spurs win a ring, that would give Demar and LaMarcus Aldridge (one of my all time favorites) a ring giving both of them hall of fame cases. Also helps devolp their fun young core.
If the Kings win a ring, it helps devolp their outstanding young core and gives Swiper the recognition he truly deserves. Also gives Jabari Parker a ring, another player I love.
If the Grizzlies win a ring, that solidify’s Ja as a star player. Also gives Gorgui Dieng a ring, another player I love.
If the nuggets win a ring, it gives a ring to Paul Milsap, giving him a decent hall of fame case.
If the Jazz win a ring, that proves Donovan Mitchell as a superstar and removes Rudy Gobert from all mindless trade talks around his name. Also gives Jingles a ring, another player I love.
If the Pelicans win a ring, it gives Jrue Holiday a ring and tremoundously helps devolp their super good young core. Also proves Zion and BI as star players.
If the Trail Blazers win the Chip, it solidifyies Dame as a hall of famer and most likely makes Hassan Whiteside and the rest of their core stay. Also gives Melo his much deserved ring.
If the Mavericks clutch out the ring, it solidifies Luka as a superstar and gives their fun young core some playoff expiernce. As a Dallas boy it would also be fun to watch the city freak out. Also solidifies SethCurry as his own player, not just under his big bro’s shadow.
Moving on to the east, the bucks winning it all would solidify Giannis as the best player in the nba and gives the Lopez bros and Eric Bledsoe a ring, too of my favorites.
The raptors winning it would solidify their core as a real threat with or without Kawahi. Also solidifies Lowry as a hall of famer in my opinion. Would love for them to go back to back @rapsin6ix
If the Celtics win it all it makes Jayson Tatum a superstar and gives Kemba a good y’all of fame Case. Also helps their amazing core devolp even more than they did last year
If the Heat win it all it gives Jimmy a hall of fame case and helps devolp their young core. Also gives Iggy another ring giving him a real hall of fame case, one of my favorite players.
The pacers winning it would make sabonis a superstar and help deolvp their fun core. I don’t know if Oladipo is playing, but if he does it gives him a reason to stay and takes his name out of those trash “Oladipo to the nets/lakers” talks.
The 76ers winning it makes Ben and Embiid both superstars and gives Horford a ring, another player I love, and gives him a true HOF case. Proves that you can win a ring without a jump shooting superstar.
The nets winning it gives J crossover a ring and devolps the rest of their team besides their superstars for next year. Makes their players have better trade value to trade for a third star
The magic winning it devolps Mo and Markelle while proving that Orlando isn’t a place for old players to go to retire.
And finally, the wizards winning it all makes them real contenders for when their best players come back. Gives a ton of my favorite players rings like Ish Smith and Troy Brown Jr. I’m also a big wizards fan so I would obviously love it.
The suns winning it gives Baynesy a ring and devolps their core. Ayton and Booker are a solidified duo.
To end it off, the Lakers winning it gives Lebron a real case to be the goat. Gives AD his first ring. Also gives jared dudley a ring, one of my favorite players. Also fits the narrative of the Lakers being able to recover from the tragic loss of Kobe and wining it all for him.
