I tried calling your hotline but there was no option there where I could talk to a rep about my problem. I tried pressing a random option just to get into the system, but it was automated and I was basically talking to a computer. It didn& #39;t get anywhere. @enjoyGLOBE
I wouldn& #39;t take my problems to social media but I& #39;m left with no choice. My bills are paid, so why this ridiculous speed cap of 20KB/s? I feel like a loyal girlfriend who& #39;s been dropped by a lying boyfriend. (You& #39;re the boyfriend, @enjoyGLOBE , in case the analogy wasn& #39;t clear.)
