At the start of the pandemic I wanted to walk away from my business. I was exhausted, felt stuck, unmotivated but uncomfortable... it was a strange time.

But I had to look inwards and work on myself because I wasn’t happy with a lot of things.
Grateful that I have parents that really believe in me.. my mum literally made me snap out of it, explained the 7 year career cycle and sat down with me to plan the next steps on how to elevate.

Almost 5 months later I’m a totally different place. Still learning but glowing.
Anyone feeling like they are stuck, not good enough or lost their shine.. your not alone. This pandemic has made us all have to shift to move to the next phase of life.

Also stop being so hard on yourself. Life is ups and downs.. learn to change grow instead of sitting in it
One thing I’ve never admitted is that I struggle with depression. Some days it gets dark and I don’t function for days..I hide behind my work.

Any entrepreneurs dealing with this your not alone. It’s one thing running a business it’s another trying to get out bed in a low point
Lately I’ve been trying to show a different side to myself and the reality of being young and chasing your dreams.

Mental health needs to spoken about more within entrepreneurship as it affects a lot of us. Take the pressure away of pretending it’s all good & what we do is easy
I honestly don’t know where this all came from at 1am on a Sunday morning but hang in there.

You’re doing great even if you don’t feel like your enough. 🤎✨
