First, I usually listen to my music playlist on shuffle. Whichever song comes on first is where I get my inspiration from. The overall theme of the instrumentals and song is what influences the design, while the lyrics is what influences ⇢

First, I usually listen to my music playlist on shuffle. Whichever song comes on first is where I get my inspiration from. The overall theme of the instrumentals and song is what influences the design, while the lyrics is what influences ⇢
⇢ the personality. Sometimes, the design will also be based very loosely on the artist that made the song (if only the color scheme)

After that, I start listening to other songs of a similar nature, sometimes by the same artist. After listening for a bit, I slowly get an idea of the backstory and more detailed personality in my mind.
