Atsumu's Lust

Almost all of Atsumu's actions are driven by an overwhelming desire to satisfy whimsical cravings.

Whether it's why he fell in love with the position of setter & started playing as one..

Whether it's trying out a new attack that he never practiced before..

Whether it's picking on people with his serve

Whether it's trying to develop & improve an already excellent move

It's Atsumu's sinful, lust ridden whims for volleyball that makes him a monster

That make his strengths..

And his flaws.

Bokuto's Gluttony

Beneath the veneer of a vibrant & quirky personality, there is an endless desire to indulge to the utmost in that which life has to offer.

"To win them all"

"To be cheered by them all"

"To score every time, to dig every ball & to win every game" because it was fun even if it was not easy.

It's just a part of his personality to seek more of the indulgence from that which he enjoys

The quest to satisfy his gluttony is not the easiest & often times manifests into aspects of his personality & behaviour

However, he has the drive & determination to keep pushing through & pull in others with him on his journey to seek greater heights

It's Bokuto's gluttony for "all of it" & his determination to get extravagant gratification that makes him a monster

that's it for today!!! I have most of Sakusa & Ushijima already written out bt I'm SO TIRED RN LOL. KAGEYAMA & HINATA ARE SO INTERESTING AND DEEP BT THERE IS CONTENT ALL THROUGHOUT THE MANGA AND I HAVE TO GET THROUGH 402 CHAPTERS TO SCREENSHOT and it's taking me a while

But I just can't ABSOLUTELY can't wait to write about Hinata & Kageyama's Greed & Pride. The reason I wrote it the way I did is bcoz the qualities while simultaneously existing, manifest differently in both AND IT IS SO INTERESTING how furudate formed their characters & dynamic.

Hinata's core drive that influences his actions is Greed. The greed to win. The pay off to which is the Pride of victory. Kageyama's core drive that influences his actions is Pride. The pride of standing on the court. But to stand on the court, he needs to be greedy abt victory.
