On the 21st of July 2020,my sister was robbed on her way to work in Victoria Island. She boarded a vehicle enroute gbagada to Victoria Island, unfortunately it was a "One Chance" vehicle. The vehicle had 4 occupants comprising of 3 guys and 1 lady.
She never suspected that they were robbers disguised as passengers. She was beaten and molested on the journey as they drove her towards Lagos-Ibadan express road. The robbers collected all she had on her, a Samsung phone, laptop and other documents.
ATM withdrawal of about 150k at @FirstBankngr Allen avenue Ikeja and atm transfer of 110k at @FirstBankngr Ikeja Industrial estate. She was later dropped off around Berger. @FBN_help
Upon her release by the robbers, she visited her
Bank @FirstBankngr Adeola Odeku branch to make a request that her account be blocked and placed on restriction till further notice and also demanded that the 110k which was *transferred* via atm by the robbers be traced so she can
report to the appropriate authorities to get her money. The Bank customer care representative responded that there is nothing that can be done about the money, that it is untraceable.
The response is disgusting and all effort to make the representative see reason to this was defeated, the stolen money is all she has as savings and now she is left with nothing.
