Allowing these 376 diverse professionals to gain #retroactiveadmission won't open the floodgates in CA but will lessen the burden of grading 14,000 exams come Oct. Give these applicants the ability to practice what they truly love.
By scoring above a 1390 on the #cabarexam, these 378 applicants are competent to practice law in 48 states (now 49 with CA's new cut score). We are willing and able to provide legal advice to the public. Let us start now. @atlblog @lawprofblawg @breakingmedia @SCOTUSblog
@GavinNewsom @ericgarcetti @NancySkinnerCA @toniatkins @ScottWilkCA @BenAllenCA @SenateHertzberg @MariaEDurazo Please support us to gain #retroactiveadmission under the new cut score which would require those who objectively passed to retake it. This unjustly affects minorities.
@ACLU @ACLUSoCal @ACLU_NorCal @Matt_Cagle Please read this thread and help us to advocate for #RetroactiveAdmission. Retroactivity has been given in Montana a few days ago after lowering their cut score. Help us achieve the same result in CA.
@AmericanLawyer @bloomberglaw @businessinsider @latimes @sacbee_news @CourthouseNews @NationalJurist @ABAJournal Please spread the word about this grave injustice. Time and time again repeaters who scored 1390+ are not allowed to share their story. Give us a voice to be heard.
