okay two oranges and three limes all juiced and zested into there along with the herbs which I& #39;ll give us a list for when I do the recipe later. Added 1 and 1/2 cups of water. Into the instant pot for 2 hours.
Ok status update. The two pieces of meat have been quartered. Roughly. Would have probably been better off with a Butt/Shoulder, but this is what food hacking is about, making it work. So its on crock pot mode and hopefully at 6 it will be ready to fall apart.
