I see people talking about partnership with @FacebookGaming and just that title in general.
*in Philip DeFranco voice* so let's dive right in! (A BIG OL THREAD)
When I started streaming on fbgg I missed my opportunity to firmly establish myself at the start. And that haunts me

It is infinitely easier to look back and think about what I could have done, but I can't let it take away from what we have done
My plate was full then, my health was bad, I just got married, started a new job while working another at night, I couldn't put in those "grind" hours

If I dove in full time would I have been partner by now? Sure!
Would I have put my relationship with my wife and our entire financial well being in total chaos? Absolutely!
I don't do big risks, I'm methodical, and I refuse to jeopardize anyone else because of my personal goals

I actually asked @Darkness429 for advice multiple times and I even dmd @Professorbroman too. I started listening to @garyvee who embedded in me that this goal to be a "partner" isn't a sprint, it's a LONG fuckin marathon
Have I been streaming on and off for five years? Yup!

And I still absolutely love it. I would love to make it a full time job, but I also realize realistically what it is to me right now. It's not time yet.
Partnership isn't the end goal, like Broman says "that's you getting past the interview, now it's time to work"

If I realized anything this year is that partner or not, your community is what helps you achieve your goals, the platform partnership does not.
We DOMINATED our St Jude goal this year, and I've had more financial and monthly support than ever as well. All without partner

So yes being a partner would be nice, but at the end of the day that isn't going to change the content you make or who you are.
I'm not going to call out people who feel they should be partnered, I'm not tearing anyone down in this thread. I will say this however-

Expect nothing and if you ever have a sense of entitlement, you better kill it quick or you will be constantly disappointed. Especially being a streamer, regardless of the hours you put in your FREE content, you don't fucking deserve anything, you earn it.
Do you ever feel like your voice isn't listened to because your not a partner? Sure! But are you giving constructive feedback? Are you pushing the platform forward with ideas and solutions or are you shouting into an echo chamber of people that are angry as well?
Find the people who will listen, find the devs or directors who have open dms. Build a relationship with them and have an intelligent dialogue that leads to something. You won't always get a response (don't expect anything!) but I promise you won't be unheard

Sorry for some of my disjointed thoughts, editing down to 240 characters lost some cohesion along the way. This definitely encompasses more than partnership, but I just drank a lot of coffee and Excedrin and my brain pistons are FIRING
