Support to counties for quick turnaround for #COVID19 results which means putting up shared capacities through regional testing hubs. Sending samples to Nairobi with 4-7 day turnaround wonât cut for a highily infectious disease
3. Adequate oxygen properly administered at all Health Centres upwards in cylinders or bulk tanks - high flow not ordinary masks/cannula #NotLockdown @MOH_Kenya
4. Good higher level ICU referral support with ambulance network/system at every county and intercounty for timely safe transfers when needed #NotLockdown @MOH_Kenya
5. National and individual Leadership and compassion and continue personal responsibility for #SocialDistance #Handhygeine #shielding those at risk #NotLockdown @MOH_Kenya
Masking, discouraging social gatherings and possible ban on alcohol sales in public places would reduce the Force of Transmission and give a chance to these immediate measures. I SUBMIT
