Directly positioning anti-semitism against anti-Blackness as if the two don’t frequently go hand in hand is both ignorant and totally erases the experience and existence of Black Jewish people

The anti-semitism spouted by Wiley is disgusting but to bring Black people into it, who face an also unfathomable amount of racism, is a useless and harmful comparison

This shouldn’t even need saying but you can make your point about how awful any form of racism is without making direct comparisons to the treatment of Black people. Wiley’s anti-semitism is appalling AND Anti-Black racism is rife, and to suggest otherwise is racist

Wiley’s comments are disgusting and anti-Semitic and beyond inexcusable. It’s literally hate speech. The racism weaponised against Black people is irrelevant to that point.
