So, if I were a medical professional seeing Trump, I would not use the MOCA as a be all, end all to establish that his cognitive function is fine. follow up with more testing. But I couldn't force him to do so. So now, one of several things could have happened.
1. The clinician asked for more testing after Trump got a score he liked. POTUS said "No, I like these results, fuck you."

2. The clinician asked for more testing after Trump got a score he disliked. POTUS said, "No, I'll make up results I like, fuck you."
3. The clinician failed his Hippocratic Oath by not encouraging further testing, or by lying to POTUS about his interpretation the results.

No matter what the case though, the clinician cannot reveal the test to the public or discuss it at all because of HIPPA. So they could ask for in-depth testing in a follow-up and POTUS says no, and they're basically sworn to secrecy about it.

But again. I want to emphasize. People use the MOCA to see, "Is it still a good idea for grandpa to live by himself?" And not "Is it safe for this man to run a country, write laws, and have access to nukes? Should he be Commander in Chief?"
