I asked a while ago but imma ask again: people on birth control, what have your experiences been like? I know everyone’s different but I just wanna collect some general info cuz I’m still not entirely sure which method would be best for me (been thinking of an IUD or the pill)

I haven’t been on birth control in about 10 years- first the pill, then the shot. I know that I definitely don’t wanna do the shot again. Also, I suffer from debilitating menstrual cramps if they’re not treated with pain meds right away
