Hinduism Vs Hindutva
Very controversial topic bt i needed to share my views on it.
Thread 👇
Hinduism as we all know is world's oldest religion. It's based on the principle of Brahman, Aatma, Punarjanama & Moksha.
It's a way of living bcoz the followers imbibe the teachings
1)
In their day to day lives.
1 religion that never believed in forcing ideologies & converting people. Truly secular (not in present context of word) & believes in attaining Moksha could be through any form of God or simply by doing ur Karma.
"Karma pradhan Dharma" is the core
2)
It was all fine, this non violent, non threatening religion was tried to be altered, persecuted, bullied, oppressed in the name of Ahimsa fr yrs

Until some people, case in point here,Veer Savarkar ji in 1923 1st asked the Hindus to unite & fight for the cause. That was Brits
3)
Savarkar in his important work Hindutva : Who is a
Hindu? developed the core of his philosophy on the concept
of Hindutva. According to Savarkar Hindutva was not a word
but a history. It was not only a history of the spiritual or religious life of the Indian people
4)
But the history of the entire
civilization. Hinduism is only a derivative, a fraction, a part
of Hindutva.
In order to make Hindutva a grand concept Savarkar held that by an 'ism' it was generally meant a theory or a code more or less based on spiritual or religious dogma
5)
Or system.
In order to investigate into the essential significance of Hindutva, Savarkar did not primarily concern himself with
any particular theocratic or religious dogma or creed. He held that if no linguistic usage stood in the way then 'Hinduness' would have
6)
certainly been a better word than 'Hinduism' as a near parallel to Hindutva.
Savarkar was of the opinion that Hindutva embraced all the departments of thoughts & activities of the whole being of the Hindu race. He held that to understand the significance of this term Hindutva
7
one should understand first the essential meaning of the word ‘Hindu’ itself & ‘realize how it came
to exercize such imperial sway over the hearts of millions of
mankind and won a loving allegiance from the bravest and
best of them.
However, Savarkar felt it imperative
8)
to point out that he was by no means attempting a definition or even
a description of the more limited, less satisfactory & essentially sectarian term ‘Hinduism’.
This is taken from the biography of Veer Savarkar that is not taught in any syllabus or school.

If we now look
9)
Hindutva is a way of uniting all people born demographically in the land of Hindus.

Now the Ques, why is Hindutva seen as extremism & offense?

Ans is very simple.

Hindutva would have dealt easily with the demon of Casteism.
That neither left nor Congress ever wanted
10)
Degrading Veer Savarkar, confusing Hindus, creating debates, dividing castes, suits their agenda better.

Hindus, if united (including Christ!ans & Mussies) would have been a power to reckon with.

It was a deliberate ploy of Brits, then left to first separate Hindus
11)
From other two religions. Then divide based in castes.

And then make Hindutva as extremism.
Even compared to Nazi.

Where in reality it can't be further away than the truth.

If u just google Hindutva, u would only see Wiki, scroll, telegraph, wire, calling Hindutva as
12)
The biggest threat to civilization.
Maligning Veer Savarkar.
A man who has been insulted, degraded, demonized even after death due to his pursuit of Stronger Bharat.
Same Is being connected to defame @BJP4India @VHPDigital & RSS.

It's time #Hindus Unite
13)
Rather than being divided, understand the roots. Spread the word.
Beat the left in their game.
This is my humble attempt towards it.

Hindutva is NOT Hinduism that resists.

But

Hindutva is Thread that Unites Hindus.

#Hinduphobia
#HindusStandUnited
