Tbilisi @Marriott thread

This hotel was designed by Aleksandr Ozerov in 1911 and later remodeled by Gabriel Ter-Mikelov at the behest of Mikael Aramyants. Its construction was completed in 1915 and named Hôtel Majestic.
After the Soviet takeover in 1921, the building was transferred to the Trade Unions. It was used for multiple purposes, housing a typography and shops, basement was turned into a cinema. In February 1939, the refurbished building was restored to a Hotel. Called Intourist
Here it is heavily damaged by fire during the December 1991–January 1992 coup d'etat, a prelude to the Georgian Civil War
It was later reconstructed under the guidance of the architects G. Metreveli and V. Kurtishvili from 1995 to 2002. On 26 September 2002, the Tbilisi @Marriott Hotel was opened in this building
Majestic was an awarded 2 gold medals at Paris Gran Prix. At the time it was considered to have highest level of living comfort. It had washing equipment, refrigeration rooms, a Cinema on the basement level.
By the way, can anyone figure out what does this say ?
Think first 3 letters are საქ / Saq (which also is start for Saqartvelo, so would make sense), but the rest is mistery. Its like reversed E (ე) written twice. I was also thinking Armenian, but can't makes of that either. Last letter could be damaged ი. and the 6th letter too
