Curiouser and curiouser... here’s Bassini saying in March that he submitted proof of funds to Farnell, who has now told us that he doesn’t represent Nimer in the current “sale” of ESI/ #cafc. So when did he stop?

Farnell was also reported in the Evening Standard on March 25th to have denied Nimer was interested in selling - although he isn’t acting for him in the “sale” - yet from his witness statement Nimer had agreed heads of terms with Bassini by April 21st. #cafc

So, Farnell allegedly received proof of funds from Bassini in March despite Nimer having no interest in selling until April, when he entered into heads of terms. But who was advising Nimer?
