I saw lake Lanier trending and come to find out it’s a man-made lake that they built by flooding a segregated black town, 20+ graveyards, AND is on stolen indigenous land and YALL ARE SWIMMING IN IT?!?!?!!!!!

Oh and 160 ppl have died in it that we know of but they haven’t found all the bodies. Also bodies will just wash up on the shore every so often. Ppl die a lot around the lake too
