How to use this thread in a practical way
- start journaling. When you start, write down everything you think is wrong with your life right now. The way people react to you, the way things keep going wrong, and patterns in your life that you can't seem to control https://twitter.com/mimamsic/status/1252836827238555651
- It's okay if you can't think of anything when you first start, this is a long process
- start observing your day to day life. Write in your journal each time you felt angry, each time you felt sad, or felt negative emotions, and write about what triggered it
- in addition to that, write about the negative things outside of you that happen. Things that others faced that made you feel some type of way, things that were mildly inconvenient, things that were basically shitty
- match the negative emotions/situations up to what house they would correlate to. Someone judging you harshly? 10th house. Someone being rude to you and that making you feel shitty about yourself? 8th house. Not being able to do what you were supposed to? 6th house
Look at these houses in your chart, look at the opposite houses in your chart, and for good measure, look at the the rest of the houses I mentioned in the thread. What do you see that could create that sort of pattern?
And, looking to the opposite houses, positive reinterpretations, look at how those things could create something positive in your chart and your life. Write down what is preventing you from achieving this positive manifestation
You'll encounter a lot of self hate in this process. But, make sure to remember, you're human, and you have limited information. For affirmation, look at your chart, and figure out the circumstances that made your behaviours a pattern, and how it helped you deal with your life
Understand your behaviour is just your subconscious doing the best it can. Understand that those behaviours may not be needed anymore. From here, working on changing this behaviour will start automatically
Don't rush it. People take YEARS to do this kind of thing effectively, and you're not a failure for not being able to get at the stages you can't. It's a process, just learn to enjoy it for the process, not the rewards.
Not that it's necessarily enjoyable, but letting yourself feel the emotions you feel can be freeing. Give yourself that space to let yourself just be.
rinse and repeat, this is basically a lifelong process
