Ok, here's the rundown on Chicago Deep Dish Pizza: It took an hour to show up from the time the order was placed. This is because A) It's a thick crust pizza, and those take longer to bake, and B) its a chain with a few different kitchens servicing different quadrants of the city

Of all the pizzas reviewed, this one had the most cheese and the most amount of toppings. The sauce was a tad sweet and tangy but not offensive or overpowering. The crust is thick and soft with a nice golden caramelized bottom and golden crust on the outer edge of the pizza.

I usually will finish most of a round medium pizza by myself, leaving one or two slices for next day's lunch (I am a very big eater). With this pizza, I ate 45 pieces. The rest is in the fridge. This leaves me with 2 more days worth of pizza for dinner. Will easily feed 3 people.

If you like a thick crust and lots of toppings, you want to try it. If you're in a real hurry try next time.
