Much has been said about #AnuragBasu, his characterization, more so the name calling has been vile & never ending. Although a rebuttal would be superfluous, this ‘showing the mirror’ exercise was much needed.

#AnuragBasu’s cozying act with KL1/KL2, doesn’t take a rocket scientist to deduce it’s a charade when unequivocally laid out via flashback, his & KLs monologues, but it does take a certain viciousness to give it a sleazy undertone!

Wonder what these folks term the ‘not so fake’ ‘innocent’ encounters between BJ & P while P is supposedly still pining away for #AnuragBasu? Not to forget, BJ being the blackmailer & the reason for #AnuPre’s miseries! The hypocrisy is astounding!

#AnuragBasu is spineless?? KL is a mega evil none have been able to destroy,Yes! this applies to P & BJ too! P’s handling through her challenges only emboldened KL to amp up the evil,with #AnuragBasu playing savior & finally pushing P away to keep her safe.

P didn’t help matters with her secrecy abt SL; she couldn’t tell #AnuragBasu becos of his ML but also she tells no living soul of consequence, her family doesn’t count (pawns in the show!). P saves Anu from KL’s machinations but so does Anu even with ML!

P fans claim only P knows how to give it back to KL but history begs to differ;chandelier mishap,hit-run,hanging off a cliff,etc., were all debacles of epic proportions; Anu playing savior! #AnuPre have had to come together to stand a chance against KL.

If #AnuragBasu is accused of being spineless because he doesn’t overthrow the mega evil KL & risk P/family’s survival, then P is right there with him when it comes to BJ! On those same lines, P could also be accused of ‘foolish bravado’ when handling KL!

#AnuragBasu stood up for P despite KLs evil schemes - lawyers her up when she is arrested, VK fiasco, when she is accused of office fraud/theft, saved her life, the instances numerous, even going against family!

#AnuragBasu is known to have slapped/choked KL when she explicitly threatened P’s life. What one will not recall is P slapping BJ for trying to kill Anu or Moloy! So, it’s best we don’t debate ‘spine’, #AnuPre have their own version of KZK spine!

Although P’s love for #AnuragBasu is unquestionable, her faith in him has been jittery at best, thanks to CVs ‘incredible’ tenacity to folly. Her losing trust in him, discounting everything he’s done up until then is mind boggling; strangest memory poof!

In contrast, #AnuragBasu’s knee jerk reaction notwithstanding (BJ track, CVs brain fart of Sneha’s BG), his trust in P/her love is unequivocal; used it to taunt BJ too. Anu knows that he has to break her trust in the most dastardly of ways to push her away!

#AnuPre have both debased each other/their love as a means to push the other away. Harping on #AnuragBasu humiliating P as the only occurrence is laughworthy when P did her bit by leaving him at the altar, debasing him/their love in the Swiss trck!

What worked to exonerate #AnuragBasu in the KL1 public debasing of P was glimpses of his pain,longing/undying love for P layered into the pretense of indifference! Same is being seen in KL2 trck. In contrast, P in BJ trck morphed into a different character!

The love/hate layers that were visible in P in KL1 trck completely peeled off. Where one expected some semblance of layered in pain/love for #AnuragBasu, in turn there was disgust & pained irritation! To make matters worse, she believed BJ over Anu!

Although the BaPre gang was mostly motivated by hate for #AnuragBasu /PS, it wouldn’t be wrong to concede that they were emboldened by this new version of P on screen. Disconnect with P’s ethos was glaring & only mitigated towards the tail-end of BJ trck.

Similarly, pushing P off the bridge was a far cry from #AnuragBasu’s ch, but his intent to keep her safe from KL’s evil (not for forget divers & desire for P to have Sneha) purge any doubts as to his ethos. Simply put, it was another of #KasautiiZindagiikay sacrifice trcks!

Ppl going gaga over gutsy BJ & the ‘out of world’ understanding P shares with him! My sympathies! One who professes to be all-knowing was rather dismally absent when KL planned to kill P several times. Who saved P?? #AnuragBasu, showing plenty ‘Spine’!

BJ in BJ trck doesn’t let P go up until his own daughter sees his depraved avatar! Ppl praising P’s goodness seem to forget that #AnuragBasu treated Kuki/her family with goodness/respect despite BJ’s villainy; stops his Maa’s rant abt P donating blood.

BJ blackmailed a pregnant P, tried to kill Anu & Moloy.Despite knowing KL’s inclination,did nothing to alleviate P’s miseries. Master manipulator obsessed with P even against her wishes, he will not blink an eye to kill, while P stays oblivious as ever!

BJ & P’s ‘famed understanding’ stands up until P doesn’t make a move showing her affection for #AnuragBasu. If KL is psychotic abt Anu, then BJ suffers the same malaise in relation to P! He gave a damn abt what P’s heart wanted & still does!

No one begrudges P’s need for revenge, it does however get extremely flaky when one hails it as ‘strike back’ against #AnuragBasu by terming him ‘evil’. He is P’s thornbird destroying himself for her sake & it’s only a matter of time before P realizes!

In conclusion, #AnuPre have flaws & some made glaring by a shoddy script/execution. P fans calling #AnuragBasu names day in & day out, do tone it down, for ur tomfoolery is showing!
