how am i disabled?

let's first look at the official definition of being disabled, because many people in the USA especially define it as being "on disability," but that's not true.

here, we see the actual definition.

at this point I'd like to add my personal definition of disabled, which is having a mental or physical condition that hinders your daily life and activities.
if you are adamant on the government's definition, here is what defines a disability to get assistance. while this is obviously technically correct, that's not *all* being disabled is.
anyway, my disabilities.

1.
neuropathy and other various nerve damage, mainly effecting my hands/wrists/arms, and the same for my legs.
2.
endometriosis, specifically moderate to severely. it's more than a bad period, I'm still in agonizing pain when I don't have one. the treatments are limited and ALWAYS have terrible side effects.
3.
GERD / acid reflux. if not treated properly, i get violently sick and cannot keep even water down.
4.
Migraines.
...pretty self explanatory. also causes violent sickness.
5.
POTS. aka, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. falls under dysautonomia, which means my autonomic system does not work hardly at all (for me)

this one is what is the worst.
6.
asthma, also self explanatory.
7.
fibromyalgia, another type of nerve condition. it also makes my muscles extremely sore and painful
8.
and for the biggest pain and biggest mystery.... my two types of terrible chest pain. 1, chest wall, internal pain. 2, outer pain, my ribs are inflamed most of the time and also.. it just hurts to even /move/. we've done every test we can so far, including heart. but...
I do have a heart condition called pulmonary valve stenosis with a murmur. the valve going to my lungs constricts as it narrows.

with this chest pain, I'm almost always in extreme pain. always. it's extremely difficult to handle and no doctor seems to want to ...
help me out more than the basics. and I understand but at this point.. (it's been a year, but got much much worse about four months ago)... i just want to know WHY at least.
